Welcome to the Elkhart County COAD website!

The Elkhart County COAD was launched in 2021 and rapidly found itself in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The challenge of the pandemic presented the opportunity for the ECCOAD to grow and strengthen as an organization. We are proud of the network we have built, amazed by the citizens of Elkhart County, and hopeful about the future!
